The technician was wonderful. He was prepared, knowledgeable and fixed our gas fireplace right on the spot. I had used another company previous who had said they needed to order the part and I was waiting over 5 months for the part. I requested a refund and contacted Rettinger. They scheduled me right away and got the fireplace running the same day. I will definitely refer them and use them again without hesitation.
