This letter is to thank you for hiring My, in your Service Department. My husband and I build a brand new house and we use two of your fireplaces. Being new to gas fireplaces, I had some questions and My, had my back every time. One on her pleasant personality and kindness, 2 her knowledge on the equipment, and if she didn\'t know the answer she got the answer for me. Today 1-16-12, My, walked me through my fireplace not lighting very patiently. We laughed about my having to get down on the floor so I could follow the instructions that she was giving me, after about 20-30 minutes of us on the phone trying to get the pilot to stay on , My, stayed the course with me to unlock my fireplace, after no flames at the end of the fireplace instructions, My, was setting me up for appointment as some as possible, to get my fireplace back on track, and just as like the pleasant person she is My, the fireplace lit. I can not tell you how happy I was. Thank you My, for your experience, knowledge and most of all your kindness. I would recommend Rettinger\'s Fireplace to my friends with employees like My, on your staff you can\'t go wrong!

I have a brand new home and wanted to replace the existing small wood burning fireplace with something heavy duty that would heat the entire house. The intent was to offset the high propane costs. I described what I was thinking to Rettingers and they understood my needs and offered a completely different solution than what I was thinking. It turned out to be the correct choice. The price for was very competitive and the unit should pay for itself in about two and a half years.
